STEM Poster Competition of the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference
NOTICE: Because student participants' access to lab, equipment, and supplies to perform their project is uncertain under the current circumstances, the 2020 Skyway STEM Poster Competition has been CANCELLED.
The Skyway STEM Competition is a poster contest designed for students in the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference to participate in STEM-related disciplines. Benefits of participating in a STEM poster competition include receiving feedback to improve your future work, engaging with STEM experts and other students which may lead to future collaborations, and practice communication and presentation skills. Projects will be evaluated on the student’s ability to use the process of science, as well as rational and logical thinking to answer a question related to a STEM discipline. The poster must pose a question and/or use knowledge gained through the scientific process to address the problem or question. Posters must be in science, technology, engineering, or math-related discipline. For evaluation criteria, see the 2020 Judges' Rating evaluation grid.
