WGS Juried Women’s Virtual Art Exhibition

Where Are We Now?: Activism of the Everyday. The free virtual exhibition runs Oct. 19 through Nov. 20. Presented by Women’s and Gender Studies at Oakton in cooperation with the Koehnline Museum of Art.

College Closed Tuesday, Nov. 3, for Election Day

In accordance with Public Act 101-0642, Election Day is a school holiday. There will be no classes or student services on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Normal (virtual) hours of operation will resume Wednesday, Nov. 4.

Oakton Alumnus Creates Virtual World War II Fashion Exhibit for his Alma Mater

Alumnus Robert Noia, debuts “World War ChIIC,” on Oct. 19. The virtual exhibition captures the fashion imagery in Europe and the United States in the early to late 1940s.
